Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the Windsor-Essex community through the delivery of patient-centred, valued based care. Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare is a unique community hospital offering services in Mental Health & Addictions; Rehabilitative Care; Complex Medical and Palliative Care; and Children and Youth Mental Health.

Under our Mental Health & Addictions Program, we offer over 26 unique mental health and additions programs including:

  • A General Psychiatry Clinic;
  • A Crisis and Mental Wellness Centre (Walk-in Services and 24 Hour Crisis Telephone Line);
  • Geriatric Mental Health Outreach Team Program;
  • Centre for Problem Gambling and Digital Dependency;
  • Withdrawal Management Services,
  • Wellness Program for Extended Psychosis;
  • Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT);
  • Mood and Anxiety Treatment Program;
  • Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program
  • Concurrent Disorders Program (CDP), Dual Diagnosis Program
We also have a specialized 49-bed inpatient mental healthcare facility located in the heart of Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare (HDGH), called the Toldo Neurobehavioural Institute (TNI). The Institute specializes in helping people in their recovery from severe forms of mental illnesses that are complex or resistant to treatment.

Also on our campus is The Regional Children’s Centre which is an accredited children’s mental health centre working in collaboration with children, youth, and their families who are experiencing mental health and/or developmental concerns.
