WPA CV and Resume Workshop
The WPA hosted a seminar to teach students to write effective resumes and cover letters. We welcomed guest speaker David Feeney, a career coach at the Career Education unit of Western Student Experience, who shared some tips and tricks on engaging the reader, formatting the document to be visually pleasing, etc. This session helped students learn how to emphasize the most important aspects for a target job, and knowing what to omit when necessary.
