Canadian Society of Cytopathology Distinguished Service Award
At a recent CAP-ACP meeting in Ottawa, the Canadian Society of Cytopathology honoured Dr. Meg McLachlin with its Distinguished Service Award in recognition of Dr. McLachlin’s outstanding work on cervical cancer screening and HPV testing in Canada and her longstanding contributions to Canadian quality assurance and improvement practices in cytopathology. Dr. McLachlin’s contributions to the field of cytopathology have had a positive impact on patient care in Canada and have helped to advance the field of cytopathology.
