WPA Lecture Series: Katie Moisse
WPA hosted our first Academic Lecture Series with our very own Western Pathology alumna, Dr. Katie Moisse, with her talk. "Reporting on Health Science: The Best of Both Worlds". Dr. Moisse shared her journey from completing her PhD studying neurodegeneration to currently reporting on autism research as a News Editor for Spectrum in New York. She offered a unique perspective on a career fulfilling her love for science, while providing the world with well-written, scientifically-accurate information. It was certainly an experience that opened doors to possibilities of new career paths for students!
