CrossFit Class
On January 6, Kyle Difazio (first-year PA student) invited the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine out for a FREE beginners CrossFit class. Kyle is committed to bringing "sexy back" in the New Year and some of our faculty, staff and students gave it a try.
The lift off between Dr. Zia A. Khan and Steffi Stephenson (first-year PA student) took place after the Free CrossFit class. The winner of the competition was based on the best of three lifts: back squat, deadlift and bench press. We are proud to announce Steffi as the winner!
