IQMH Accreditation Update
We have received our accreditation certificates for all sites:
- ISO 15189 Plus Accreditation for Victoria Hospital and University Hospital
- IQMH Accreditation for St. Joseph's Hospital
- IQMH Accreditation for the Reese Hospital
We were successful in achieving the full 4 year accreditation with an expiry date of October 26, 2019. The new certificates will be posted at each site in the upcoming weeks.
