WPA Scholarship Writing Workshop
On Tuesday November 7, the WPA held a scholarship writing workshop. This workshop was designed to provide incoming graduate students with the necessary skills to write effective and successful scholarship applications. The workshop was led by Megan Hong (VP Academic), who drew on her experience from various successful scholarship applications to provide insight and tips on various aspects of writing an effective application—from how best to structure a lay summary to what to include on one’s CV.
