Strategic Plan Update
Pathology and Laboratory Medicine is charting our strategic course for the next five years. After months of review, analysis, reflection and consultation, the PaLM strategic plan is complete and was unveiled at the Strategic Retreat on Thursday, June 14th, 2018.
This was an opportunity to spend focused time together to review the products of our collective work over the last many months, to reflect on the significant outcomes of our previous strategic plans, and to look towards implementation of our new plan starting this year.
The plan builds upon our strengths while addressing PaLM’s greatest opportunities. It is thoughtful and bold and truly represents what we learned from trainees, faculty, staff and partners. We encourage you to review the Strategy Map on-line.
