Welcome Dr. Michael Knauer
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Michael Knauer has joined the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (PaLM) as a Clinical Biochemist today, December 18, 2017. Michael received his PhD degree from the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Western Ontario and then post-doctoral training in Clinical Biochemistry from the University of Toronto. Michael has experience working in Clinical Biochemistry laboratories at the Hospital for Sick Children and LifeLabs in Toronto.
Michael will be working with other members of PaLM to ensure the delivery of high quality laboratory testing at London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph’s Health Care London. He will supervise and have responsibility for the medical/scientific functions of the testing in core laboratories and point of care testing (POCT).
