Summer Research Opportunities
Students in the Honours Specialization Neuroscience can apply for summer research awards as outlined below. Further details about the individual award programs can also be found by using the links below.
NSERC, CIHR & SSHRC Undergraduate Summer Research Award (USRA): Based on the appointment of your supervisor. Refer to the Faculty contact list to inquire about faculty specific application processes, deadlines etc
The Western Undergraduate Summer Research Internships (USRI):Based on the appointment of your supervisor. Refer to the Faculty representative list to inquire about faculty specific application processes, deadlines etc
The Dean's Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (DUROP): The Dean's Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program provides outstanding science and basic medical science undergraduate students the opportunity to acquire research experience with a faculty member at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, and to discover the value of a biomedical research career. All areas of research within Schulich Medicine & Dentistry are eligible for DUROP.
