Former Students
Credentialing for former students who have completed the MD program at the Schulich School of Medicine and require verification of attendance and/or degree.
- All requests must be made via the online request form.
- If you require a transcript or copy of your diploma, you must contact Western's Registrar's Office.
- For inquiries about Postgraduate Verification of Training, please visit the Postgraduate website.
