Immunization, First Aid and Police Records
Medical Student Requirements
Year 1-4
Based on Schulich Medicine's Immunization Policy and Blood Borne Pathogen Policy, as well as policies developed by the Council of Ontario Faculties of Medicine (COFM), Medical students must provide the following documents:
Year 1-4
- CPR/First Aid Requirement
- Influenza Vaccine (PDF, 165 KB)
- Influenza Acknowledgement Western Medicine (PDF, 84 KB)
Year One (Class of 2028)
Deadline to complete health clearance - August 14, 2024
