Pam Bere is a professional personal and career counsellor with Learner Experience, specializing in management of stressors, building resiliency, and career decision- making.
Pam is available to Schulich Medicine & Dentistry medical and dental learners, by appointment, to discuss issues or concerns related to their health, wellbeing, academics and career planning. Learners can connect with Pam for confidential counselling or to arrange referrals to other supports as needed. Learners can also speak to Pam about issues related to harassment and discrimination.
A member of Western's staff community since 1998, Pam has worked within multiple units and departments supporting student affairs. Pam is passionate about helping learners discover their strengths and find clarity on what they want out of life.
Pam is a Western University alumna, having graduated with a Master’s in Education from the Counselling Psychology program. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
In addition to her role as a counsellor, Pam oversees the operational aspects of Learner Experience as manager.
