Dr. Alexandra Munn obtained an BSc (Hons.) undergraduate degree in Lifescience (Major) and Mathematics (Minor) from Queens University before attending Memorial University for both a Master’s of Science in Clinical Epidemiology and undergraduate medical education. She also completed her Orthopedic Surgery residency at Memorial University. At the completion of residency, she completed fellowship training at the Hand and Upper Limb Center in London, ON and a second fellowship at the South Health Campus in Calgary AB.
Dr. Munn is passionate about hand and wrist research. She has been actively publishing and presenting consistently on the topics of hand surgery and elbow surgery.
Dr. Munn is currently based out of St. Joseph’s Hospital at the Roth|McFarlane Hand and Upper Limb Clinic. Her elective practice involves all aspects of hand, wrist and microsurgery. Her trauma practice focuses on injuries involving the hand, wrist, shoulder and elbow.
