In addition, Dr. Hamilton will co-supervise the following DDS students with his colleague, Dr. Amin Rizkalla: Maher Alazzam (DDS 2021) on a project entitled ‘Novel bioactive covalently bonded hybrid coatings on titanium surfaces', and Kristen Desranleau (DDS 2020) on a project entitled ‘3-D Printed Bioactive Glass-Copolymer Scaffolds for Bone Augmentation'.
The Dentistry Summer Student Research Program provides an opportunity for students enrolled in the DDS program to contribute to clinical and basic science research being performed in Schulich Dentistry.
