Trainee Survey

The Council on Reforming Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) for trainees at Schulich Medicine & Dentistry (CREDIT) put out a survey to better understand the diversity of the School's trainee workforce and experiences of inclusion. Responses to the survey were collected from May to June 2021. This report provides a summary of the results and key points from the survey.

We hope these findings provide valuable insight and will guide future directions in better serving our Schulich Medicine & Dentistry Graduate and Postdoctoral trainees.
