This prize is awarded to a member of the Division of Geriatric Medicine within the first seven (7) years of their academic appointment who has taken a leadership role in geriatric medical education and who has excellent personal performance in teaching. One award (certificate) is awarded annually. Dr. Bhangu is an active member of Geriatric Medicine residency training committee and has embraced his role as research mentor of the residents in our geriatric medicine core training program.
