Theodore Wigle
I was born in Ottawa but grew up in Winnipeg. I attended the University of Winnipeg for my undergraduate degree in biochemistry. I came to Western in 2016 to take part in the MD PhD program. In graduate school I studied the pharmacogenetics of adverse drug reactions and defended my thesis in 2021. I am excited to continue my clinical training here with this outstanding group of people and pursue my passion for general surgery. Outside of medicine I enjoy hiking, gardening, and traveling with my wife.
