I am an Associate Professor at the Western University and have been on staff as a colorectal surgeon with London Health Sciences Centre/ St Joseph’s Health Care since July 2002. I am a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Medicine (Class of 1994) and completed a 6-year training program with the University of Saskatchewan General Surgery Department in 2000. This included post-graduate studies in molecular biology (MSc awarded 1998). I completed a Colorectal Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Florida in 2002. I have been board certified by the Royal College and the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and certified in colorectal surgery by the American Board of Colorectal Surgery. My practice includes general and colorectal surgery as well as endoscopy and advanced laparoscopic interventions.
