Jennifer Koichopolos
I was born and raised in Pickering, Ontario in the same house that my parents still continue to call home. I moved to Kingston for my undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at Queen’s University and then again to London to complete my medical degree. Like many others with non-medical families, general surgery was not what I imagined pursuing when I entered medical school, but I am beyond excited that I am now able to complete a residency in what I came to love and that I am able to continue to call London my new home.
In my spare time I love to continue to learn about what else the world has to offer through reading biographies and other non-fiction, watching documentaries, listening to pod-casts, cooking and eating a lot of good food, and travelling with friends.
