The CPD Office aims to stimulate scholarly impact in the area of CPD (including continuing medication education, continuing dental education, and faculty development).
We are committed to providing Schulich Medicine & Dentistry Faculty with the in-kind support they need to achieve their research and evaluation goals.
We can help you to:
- Identify educational needs among your population of focus by conducting a rigorous needs assessment, environmental scan, and/or literature review.
- Determine the impact of your CPD activity or program by conducting a rigorous evaluation utilizing quantitative and/or qualtitative methods.
- Disseminate your findings to the CPD community by submitting an abstract to a peer-reviewed conference or a manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal.
- Support your scholarly activity by locating funding, writing grant applications, and writing ethics applications.
