Bio Sketch
Dr. Murgai completed his neurology residency in India and then pursued a clinical fellowship in movement disorders at Western University in Canada. He currently holds a position as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Western University, with a specialization in movement disorders.
Dr. Murgai is skilled at managing a broad spectrum of movement disorders. He is proficient in administering botulinum toxin injections for conditions like dystonia, tremor, and spasticity using EMG and ultrasound guidance. Additionally, he has an interest in deep brain stimulation programming for Parkinson's disease, essential tremor and dystonia
His research primarily focuses on motor control physiology and kinematics in movement disorders. He is proficient in utilizing motion transducers for movement analysis.
