Are you interested in becoming a Simulated Patient?
- If you are interested in receiving information about the Clinical Skills Learning Program (CSLP) and what is involved with being a Simulated Patient (SP), please email: CSLP-NewSP-Info@groups.uwo.ca
- Once we’ve received your email, we’ll send you a link to a virtual orientation module for you to review independently.
- You will then be asked to complete a short interest survey with some personal information about yourself and reflections on the module details. There is no obligation to complete the survey – do so only if you are interested in joining the SP team.
- Once we’ve received your interest survey, you will be placed on our wait-list. We typically, though not exclusively, hire new SPs into the program during the summer months. When selected, you will be contacted by a member of our team to schedule an interview.
- The virtual interview will last roughly 30 minutes and will focus on your interest in the program. The discussion is an opportunity for us to get to know one another! You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions.
- After the interview, you’ll receive an email from us informing if you’re being offered a place on the SP team.
