Tuesday, March 6, 2012
We're pleased to highlight some exciting collaborative work recently published by Dr. Lorelei Lingard, Senior Scientist and Director of CERI, and her colleagues from the University of Toronto and the National Taiwan University of College of Medicine in the journal Medical Education.
The article, "A cross cultural study of students' approaches to professional dilemmas: sticks or ripples", explored the reactions and ethical reasoning of Taiwanese and Canadian medical trainees to a set of professional dilemmas.
The article was also the subject of a guest commentary by Drs. Frans van der Horst & Paul Lemmens from the University of Maastricht. Congratulations to Dr. Lingard for the continued recognition of her research within the international medical education community.
