Option 1: Online via the Western Challenge Response already set up: 3 questions to which you have input your unique answers in the event you cannot remember your password

Western Identity Manager and click 'Forgot Password?' to answer your 3 challenge questions.

  1. Your Western ID
  2. Social Insurance Number
  3. A computer or laptop to sign into Western Identity Manager as they walk you through the next steps
