University of Oxford (UK)
Francesca is a current DPhil student in the Interdisciplinary Research in Health Services group at the Nuffield Department of Primary Health Care at the University of Oxford. She leads on research streams focused on 1) the workforce and 2) understanding how digital technologies affect patient access and triage. She previously worked as a Research Assistant at The Healthcare Improvement Studies (THIS) Institute at the University of Cambridge. Here, her work contributed to several quality improvement projects, three of which she project-managed. Francesca holds undergraduate and master's degrees from University College London and the University of Cambridge.
