The Schulich Website Has Changed

On October 1, 2011 the Schulich Website was upgraded and slight changes were made to the template.

All Forms and Single Sign-On will eventually be migrating over to the new server. For now they are on the old server, where the URL is web.schulich.uwo.ca. All Links should be updated so you should be forwarded to this site.

Changes to Note:

The number of columns has been reduced from three to two which will de-clutter the pages. The intranet login (previously located in the right column at the bottom) no longer exists. Instead you will see a login button at the top right hand side of every page (see below).

This is the button you will use to log in to the intranet and will allow you to see any private pages you have access to. Now if you are emailed the url of a private page and you click on the link you will be prompted to log in and will be taken directly to that page. This is a big improvement over the old system where if you were emailed a url and clicked on the link you would receive the message below. You would then click on "Intranet" which would take you back to the homepage and once logged in you would have to navigate back to the page you wanted.

During the summer you were sent "mock-ups" of the new landing pages for the website. Those landing pages were NOT included in this upgrade but will be included in a future one.

While we anticipate no problems during the upgrade but there are no guarantees that there will not be glitches along the way. We ask for your patience during the transition period and if you find an issue please report it to the helpdesk at: 519-661-2111 x81377 or helpdesk@schulich.uwo.ca.
