The Challenge is on!

United Way of London and Middlesex has received an extraordinary $100,000 Leadership Challenge Grant from a generous local donor, who wishes to remain anonymous. This Challenge Grant will match any new donations of $1,000, dollar for dollar. Now you have the opportunity to double the impact of your donation to the United Way Campaign.

How it works If you have never given to United Way before or you have given before but never at the Leadership level ($1,000 or more) and you pledge on or after Monday, November 23, 2009 will be matched dollar-for-dollar.

If you have already donated to the 2009 Campaign, but not at the Leadership level, you can still take advantage of the Challenge. Any new pledge made on or after Monday, November 23, that brings your 2009 donation to $1,000 or more will be matched. For example, if you already gave $700 to the 2009 United Way Campaign, giving an additional $300 to make a total of $1,000 means United Way will receive the full $1,000 match.
