Hungry for Change Gala this week

The Hungry for Change Gala will be held on Friday March 6th at 6:30pm in the Great Hall, Somerville House, University of Western Ontario. The focus of the concept dinner will be immigrant and refugee health issues. The keynote address will be from Dr. Kevin Pottie. There will be a silent auction to raise money for Huruma Children's Home in Kenya, and proceeds from ticket sales will go towards the Global Health Funding Committee, which grants scholarships to students traveling to resource poor areas.
