History of Medicine at Western

Western Archives invites you to drop by the John A. Schweitzer Gallery in the Archives and Research Collections Centre to see a new display created by Adam Crymble and mounted by his colleagues in the Public History - Theory, History & Practice Course (500F/501G). The display is titled "Canada's Best Student Experience a Century Ago: Life in UWO's Medical School."

The display highlights the history of medical education at The University of Western Ontario and includes archival items from The University of Western Ontario Archives and artifacts from The University of Western Ontario Medical Artifact Collection (History of
Medicine Department). This display will remain up until the end of April.
