Dr. Hiba Rahman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Western University and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) in Psychiatry. She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Medical University of Warsaw and completed her residency in Psychiatry at the University of Saskatchewan, where she also served as the Psychiatry Chief Resident.
Dr. Rahman has been recognized for her excellence in teaching, including receiving the Resident Teaching Award from the University of Saskatchewan’s Department of Psychiatry. She is actively involved in clinical education, teaching medical students and residents through various instructional activities and seminars. Her clinical interests include mood disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, and psychotic disorders.
