Dr. Nelligan graduated from medical school at the University of Western Ontario in 2016.  She then completed her residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Western Ontario and became a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2021.  She completed a fellowship in Oncologic and Microvascular Reconstruction at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (University of Toronto) in 2022. Dr. Nelligan joined Bluewater Health in Sarnia, Ontario in 2022.  Her practice covers general plastic and reconstructive surgery with a focus on skin cancer and breast surgery.
