1. We will address whether maternal drugs in pregnancy (i.e. SSRIs, nicotine, and D9-THC) are safe for the offspring long-term.2. We will identify the role of posttranslational histone modifications, oxidative and ER stress in perinatal drug-induced dysmetabolism.
