Description of clinical activities: Section Head, Core Laboratories & Point of Care Testing
- Providing scientific leadership and oversight for the core laboratories at London's three teaching hospital sites
- Responsible for the delivery of high quality laboratory results, on-going validation and quality assurance of laboratory methods, and development and validation of new tests and equipment to meet clinical needs
- Act as a clinical consultant for both physicians and laboratory staff with the selection and interpretation of laboratory tests
