Description of Research Activities: The Society-to-Cell Oral Health Research Lab (S2CL) at Schulich Dentistry uses multi-disciplinary methods from epidemiology, epigenetics and neuroscience to investigate multi-omics of chronic oral diseases and related major health conditions, with a focus on how these may be impacted by a host of social, psychosocial and behavioural exposures and interventions. Our ultimate goal is to inform targeted precision health approaches that promote oral and systemic health along the life-course.
