Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn about our data integration model (called RegFM) that integrates multiple data types to uncover gene regulatory mechanisms of common complex diseases
  2. Find out how RegFM can be used to uncover cell type-specific epigenetic events involved in gene regulation of nine autoimmune diseases
  3. Discuss our ongoing research on improving the predications of epigenetic events in complex diseases through incorporating single-cell sequencing data into our model
