Triological Residents Bowl - January 2016
Every year the Triological Society hosts a "Resident Bowl" competition during which programs from across the USA send resident teams to try and bring home the trophy. During this highly interactive session resident teams answer oral-exam style questions and OtoHNS trivia to try and prove that they are the smartest resident team in the competition. This year I asked our three residents, who were attending the conference, to register for the competition as the first ever Canadian team to take part. The pressure was tough, the questions hard, and it was tense right to the end, but I am delighted to announce that Drs. Samantha Tam, David Yeh, and Krupal Patel made it to the Championship round and placed 3rd of 20 teams!! Congratulations to them for this outstanding job, and for doing London and Canadian-OtoHNS proud!
