Congratulations - 2024 Terry Fox New Investigator Announced
The Department of Oncology and the Centre for Translational Cancer Research would like to offer its congratulations to Dr. Lucas Mendez on being named 1 of 7 recipients of the 2024 Terry Fox New Investigator Award. Dr Mendez is the first member of the London Health Sciences Centre to receive this prestigious award.
Dr. Mendez will receive $450,000 over 3 years for his research on “Micro-ultrasound technology in prostate radiotherapy – seeking macro-advances through visualization of the micro”.
