Physicians awarded AMOSO Opportunity Funding Grants
Two physicians within the Department of Oncology have been named as AMOSO Opportunity Fund Research funding competition recipients. Dr. Pencilla Lang has recieved $195,000 over 3 years for her research on the “Preservation of Swallowing in Resected Oral Cavity Squamous Cells: Examining Radiation Volume Effects (PRESERVE),” and Dr. Armen Parsyan has recieved
$195,000 over 3 years for his research on “Enhancing Translational Breast Cancer Research Program and Multidisciplinary Collaborations Through Support of Clinicians-Scientist”.
