Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to be able to share the Department of Oncology Strategic Plan 2017-2022! This plan is the result of a 14 month process that saw us engage over 200 faculty, staff, and stakeholders through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews.

The plan sets out an exciting vision for the Department of Oncology: "where exceptional cancer care, research and education unite to improve the future of cancer patients" grounded in values of respect, trust, collaboration, innovation and life-long learning.

We hope you will find the plan inspiring and useful and we look forward to working with all our partners as we move the Strategic Plan forward.
