Salman Aziz
Salman Aziz is currently completing his final year of Gastroenterology fellowship training. He completed his undergraduate degree at McMaster University. He then completed his medical school, as well as Internal Medicine training in London, Ontario at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry.
Through both personal and academic endeavors, Salman become more interested in Gastroenterology with his interest initially starting in medical school. He then started his Gastroenterology training at Western University.
He is interested in Hepatology and is currently pursing a fellowship in that field. His research interest includes hepatocellular carcinoma and its recurrence post-transplant. In his spare time Salman loves to spend time with his family and friends, as well as play sports, specially squash.
