Biography
Dr. Isaac Luginaah is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and a Distinguished University Professor in the Departments of Geography and Environment at Western University. He is a Co-Director of the Western Centre for Climate Change, Sustainable Livelihoods and Health. He was a Canada Research Chair in Health Geography (2007-2017). He has published over 300 peer-reviewed papers. He is a dedicated mentor of graduate students in environment and health research. His contributions have been recognized with several prizes and awards including Fellow of the African Academy of Sciences.
