EpiBio Research Day 2023
We are excited to announce the first ever EpiBio Research Day which will be on April 17th in PHFM 1150
between 12:30 and 3pm. This event is open to all undergraduate and graduate students in the department,
and we hope to see everyone there! The event will include a keynote and poster presentations. There is no
fee to attend.

If you are interested in presenting, please submit an abstract (200 to 500 words) and poster (for printing)
in pdf format to sson8@uwo.ca by April 6th. Judges’ and participants awards will be given out for 3
categories: undergraduate, MSc, and PhD. Poster topics can include thesis proposals, preliminary findings,
thesis results, or any other projects you have been working on.
Poster printing will be provided free of charge for 30 posters, on a first come, first served basis. If you need
your poster printed please register early. Presenters can submit their own posters as well.
