Abstract:
The seminar will provide an overview on the role of sleep in general wellbeing and chronic disease risk across the lifespan, including some of the methodological issues in sleep epidemiology research.
The presentation will be divided in 3 parts: introduction and overview on the sleep-health link (Dr. Stranges, first 10’); research findings from the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (Rebecca Rodrigues); Sleep, social media and mental health among adolescents/youth (Rea Alonzo).
