CDCP patient eligibility renewal is underway
Patients enrolled in the CDCP must complete their annual eligibility reassessment after filing their 2024 tax return. You will receive a letter from the federal government with renewal instructions. Renewals must be completed by the patient (or a delegate) prior to June 1, 2025. You can renew your coverage at canada.ca/dental.
Are you covered by the CDCP?
Remember to let our front desk staff know and bring your card and letter (which confirms effective start date) with you at every appointment. We look forward to welcoming you!
