About DPI
The Dementia Prevention Intiative brings together investigators from 5 faculties at Western University, 5 provinces, and 4 countries. We aim to build bridges among disciplines and foster a new generation of investigators familiar with multidisciplinary approaches and new methodologies.
News and Views
This year, the Dementia Prevention Initiative received funding from the Weston Brain Institute. Additionally, we have completed the multiple administrative requirements of such a multi-disciplinary project, and our co-applicants and collaborators are busy publishing in their main areas of interest.
We will pioneer an inclusive, comprehensive, evidence-based approach to dementia prevention by integrating population, environmental, sociodemographic and patient data.Contact Us
