Biography: Dr. Bauman is a Radiation Oncologist specializing in Genitourinary and Central Nervous System Malignancies. He is also the Professor and Chair/Chief of the Department of Oncology at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario and is an Associate Scientist, Lawson Health Research Institute. Dr. Bauman received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Western Ontario, where he also completed his residency in Radiation Oncology. A clinical fellowship in Radiation Oncology in the area of adult and pediatric brain tumor treatment was completed at the University of California at San Francisco. Dr. Bauman’s primary areas of clinical practice are in genitourinary and central nervous system tumors and areas of research interest are multi-modality image guided radiotherapy and cancer imaging.
