The Faculty Scholars program is a two-year program for Western University and University of Windsor faculty interested in becoming future ICES scientists.
The program is divided into three phases and is a combination of training, mentorship and research support.
Scholars will learn about ICES research processes, develop and execute their own ICES research project, prepare their own ICES grant application, and submit a manuscript for publication in a peer-reviewed journal based on their ICES studies.
Upon completion of the program and acceptance of the scholar’s manuscript, scholars receive a certificate for their accomplishment.
