Congratulations to Dr. Sarah Aziz and Dr. Jonathan Keow on completing the Anatomical Pathology Residency Training Program and Dr. Basma AlYamany for completing the Neuropathology Residency Training Program.
Congratulations to Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry’s former Dean, Dr. Carol Herbert and the late Dr. Stephen Blizzard, MD’63, for being inducted into the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame (CMHF).
Congratulations to Dr. Sarah Morrow for being awarded the John Gilbert Researcher of the year award by the Canadian Women in Medicine (CWIM) Organization for her work on steroids in the treatment of MS. Her colleagues are strengthened and encouraged by her example and her allyship.
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine would also like to congratulate Dr. May-Phyo Nyi Nyi (Gastrointestinal Pathology) and Dr. Valerie Taylor (Cytopathology Program) on completing their fellowships.
