We Speak/We Act – One year later

We Speak/We Act �� One year later

It was the summer of 2013 when the results of the We Speak survey were shared. One year later, the We Act Team at Schulich Medicine & Dentistry has made great progress on their work and the planned actions to follow-up on the survey.

At an August We Act Team meeting, Anne Becker and Janet Frood made full presentations and recommendations as a result of their meetings with faculty and staff groups. The committee quickly took action and management of the recommendations were assigned to leaders and directors across the School.

Next steps for the We Act Team include presentations of the reports to the Senior Leadership Council, and the Chairs/Chiefs. More details of the reports and the recommendations will then be shared to all departments.
